Bisaso Ntamu Muhammad is an accomplished educator and administrator with over three decades of experience, currently serving as a Director for the Be Well Childcare Initiative (BCI). His extensive background includes 34 years as a teacher and 24 years as a headteacher, supported by an academic foundation from Makerere University and a Master’s in Management Studies from the Uganda Management Institute. A dedicated advocate for educational quality, he was notably honored with a vocational award from the Rotary Club of Kampala-Ssese Islands for his work in improving standards in the Ssese Islands. Beyond administration, he is a passionate inspirational speaker committed to mentoring and empowering youths and young children. In his leadership role at BCI, he leverages his deep pedagogical expertise and research skills to drive the organization’s mission of community welfare and educational advancement.
