Child Protection & Development Expert

Irene is a public policy, administration, and social development expert with more than 25 years of experience across systems strengthening, child protection, development and management of HIV/AIDS initiatives, orphans and other vulnerable children and adolescent development programming, service delivery approaches, programme development and management, and organizational and institutional capacity building. Irene holds strong experience working in highly pressured environments, drawing upon her ability to rapidly assess, develop effective partnerships and programs, planning, management and technical advisory support as well as implementation of programs.
